Ich vermiete für ungefähr einen Monat meine zweigeschossige Altbauwohnung im Reuterkiez. Beginn und Ende der Miete sind zeitlich nach Absprache etwas flexibel.
Die Wohnung mit schönen Holzdielen geht über zwei Etagen (4. und Dachgeschoss im 5. OG) und hat drei große Zimmer. Sie bekommt viel Sonne ab und ist sehr hell. Aus dem Wohnzimmer und von der großen Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick über die Dächer Neuköllns. Die Küche ist geräumig und wurde zum Einzug vor anderthalb Jahren komplett neu mit einer modernen Ikea-Küche ausgestattet. Das geräumige Hauptbad hat eine Badewanne, eine Dusche und Waschmaschine. Im oberen Geschoss gibt es ein Gästebad. Das Schlafzimmer im 5. OG ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig, mit viel Licht, Kingsize-Bett und großem Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt geeignet für Pärchen oder Singles. Ich vermiete sie möbliert, da ich beruflich ungefähr einen Monat nicht in Berlin bin.

I am renting out my two-story apartment in the Reuterkiez for about a month. The start and end of the rental period are somewhat flexible by arrangement.
The apartment is very sunny, over two floors and has three large rooms. Great views over Neukölln from the terrace and living room. The kitchen is spacious and was completely refitted with a modern Ikea kitchen when we moved in a year and a half ago. The spacious main bathroom has a bathtub, shower and washing machine. There is a guest bathroom on the upper floor. The bedroom on the 5th floor is also very spacious, with lots of light, king-size bed and large closet.
The apartment is perfect for couples or singles. I am renting it furnished as I will be away from Berlin for about a month for work.
Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar ruhig im Hinterhof ganz oben. Trotzdem ist man in acht Minuten am U-Bahnhof Hermannplatz, in zwei Minuten mitten drin im Kiez bei vielen leckeren Cafés und Restaurants und in drei Minuten am Landwehrkanal.

The apartment is in a wonderfully quiet location in the backyard. Nevertheless, you can be at Hermannplatz subway station in eight minutes, in the middle of the neighborhood with lots of delicious cafés and restaurants in two minutes and at the Landwehr Canal in three minutes.
Ich führe bei einer Besichtigung gerne durch alle Räume.
