Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, und du kannst eine große, sonnige Küche genießen, die alles da hat zum Kochen und gemütliches Abhängen.
Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich komplett verdunkeln wenn du das möchtest, kannst dich aber auch von der Sonne wecken lassen (die gesamte Wohnung zeigt in den Westen).
In unserem Arbeitszimmer/Wohnzimmer kannst du wenn du magst Kreativ werden, oder auch einfach auf dem großen Sofa relaxen. Das Wohnzimmer kann auch durch eine Zwischentür vom Schlafzimmer betreten werden.
Von hier aus kannst du auch den Frühling auf unserem sonnigen Balkon genießen (oder den Blättern beim Wachsen zusehen).
Das Bad ist klein aber fein, ausgestattet mit einer Dusche und alles was man braucht.
Da wir nur für zwei Monate verreisen, würden wir die Wohnung möbiliert vermieten und den Großteil unseres Hab und Guts in der Wohnung lassen. Uns ist es jedoch sehr wichtig, dass du dich wie zu Hause fühlst. Es wird genug Platz gemacht, damit du dich mit deinen Sachen ausbreiten kannst.
ENGLISH Version:
The apartment is very spacious, and you can enjoy a large, sunny kitchen that has everything you need to cook and hang out. The bedroom can be completely darkened if you wish, but you can also be woken up by the sun (the whole apartment faces west). In our study/living room you can get creative if you like, or simply relax on the large sofa. The living room can also be accessed through an intermediate door from the bedroom. From here you can also enjoy spring on our sunny balcony (or watch the leaves grow). The bathroom is small but nice, equipped with a shower and everything you need.
As we are only traveling for two months, we would rent the apartment furnished and leave most of our belongings in the apartment. However, it is very important to us that you feel at home. There will be enough space for you to spread out with your things.
Mein Partner, ich und unser Hund verreisen für 2 Monate und würden uns freuen unser geliebtes Zuhause in sympathische und zuverlässige Hände abzugeben. Wir sind beide Künstler*innen und lieben es Mitten in der Kultur und Barszene Neuköllns zu wohnen. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist gleich um die Ecke (15 min zu Fuß erreichbar), sowie der Landwehrkanal, mit regelmäßigen Flohmärkten, Cafés, Bars, Kinos, Restaurants, und vieles mehr. Hier kannst du direkt in die Berliner Kulturszene eintauchen, und hast gleichzeitig, dank der U7 (Rathaus Neukölln) und der U8 (Boddinstraße) eine schnelle Verbindung in alle anderen Kieze in Berlin.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es eine Menge direkt vor der Tür, z.B. in den Rathaus Arcarden (Kaufland, Lidl, Penny, Bio Company, Denns, dm, Aldi, Rewe, usw.).

My partner, me and our dog are traveling for 2 months and would be happy to give our beloved home into sympathetic and reliable hands. We are both artists and love to live in the middle of the culture and bar scene of Neukölln. Tempelhofer Feld is just around the corner (15 min walking distance), as well as the Landwehrkanal, with regular flea markets, cafés, bars, cinemas, restaurants, and much more. Here you can immerse yourself directly in Berlin's cultural scene and at the same time, thanks to the U7 (Rathaus Neukölln) and the U8 (Boddinstraße), you have a quick connection to all other neighborhoods in Berlin.
There are plenty of shopping opportunities right on the doorstep, e.g. in the Rathaus Arcarden (Kaufland, Lidl, Penny, Bio Company, Denns, dm, Aldi, Rewe, etc.).
Solltest du ein bisschen Berlin-Luft schnuppern wollen, ein bisschen Abwechslung oder bist selbst auf Wohnungssuche und möchtest das aus einem gemütlichen Plätzchen mitten in Neukölln machen, dann wird dir unsere Wohnung sicher zusagen.
