Hallo,
wir untervermieten unsere Wohnung in Berlin Neukölln an bis zu zwei Personen über den gesamten angegebenen Zeitraum.
Es ist eine schöne helle Wohnung im 4. OG mit schönem Dielenboden, gemütlichem Wohnzimmer (Couch und Beamer garantieren gemütliche Kinoabende, am Schreibtisch kann gearbeitet werden), rustikaler Küche, Schlafzimmer mit sonnigem und grünem Balkon (mit zwei Stühlen, Klapptisch und Erdbeeren zum selber Pflücken (leider nur im Sommer ;)), Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und voller Küchenausstattung.
Im (Schlaf-)Zimmer gibt es ein gemütliches Doppelbett (1,40 m x 2,00 m) und einen Schreibtisch.
Bei Interesse einfach anrufen und spontan vorbeikommen und anschauen. Wir können auch gerne einen online Rundgang durch die Wohnung per Videocall machen. Unsere zwei direkten Nachbarn/Freunde können euch auch bei Fragen während der Untermiete helfen oder die Schlüsselübergabe machen.

We are subletting our apartment in Berlin Neukölln to up to two people for the entire specified period. For one person the rent is 200 EUR.
It is a nice bright apartment on the 4th floor with beautiful floorboards, cozy living room (couch and projector guarantee cozy movie nights, you can work at the desk), rustic kitchen, bedroom with sunny and green balcony (with two chairs, folding table and strawberries to pick yourself (unfortunately only in summer ;)), washing machine, dishwasher and full kitchen equipment.
In the (sleeping) room there is a comfortable double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a desk.
If you are interested, just give us a call and come and have a look. We can also do an online tour of the apartment via video call. Our two direct neighbors/friends can also help you with questions during the sublet or hand over the keys.
