As we decided we need some time in separate flats, we are subletting our beautiful apartment in Schillerkiez from Mid February until the End of July or August (potentially with some flexibility).
Our flat is a wonderful little oasis in the middle of the buzz of Neukölln. It has three beautiful rooms (73sqm) opening to a green backyard/garden with very little vis-a-vis to other buildings: One big living room with an open kitchen and two bedrooms with one double bed each (180x200cm in the small room, 140x210cm in the big room). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The living room has a table for six, sofa and plenty of sitting space. We also have a balcony for smokers and outdoor dining, two desks to work at and a small, functional bathroom with bathtub.

The flat is in one of the most vibrant parts of Neukölln, right next to the Tempelhofer Feld, with lots of restaurants, bars and cafés right downstairs. A supermarket is across the street. As it is in the back house, it is very quiet at the same time. On the church square right next to it, there is a weekly market on Saturdays with fresh produce and street food.
We really like our place and are looking for someone who will take good care of the place and our things while we are gone.
