Three-room apartment in Kreuzkölln Dreizimmer Wohnung in Kreuzkölln

We rent our beautiful 3 bedroom apartment (76 sqm) in the best location in Kreuzkölln to rent from 16. May to 30 June.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything. In five minutes you will be on foot at Maybachufer, in ten at Hermannplatz. Many bars, restaurants, second hand shops etc. are easy to reach. We live here with our little child, so please do not smoke in the apartment (there is a balcony), no parties and no pets.

The monthly rent is 1200 euros, including all additional costs + 60 euros for our cleaning aid every two weeks. We'd like to have a deposit of one month's rent. Registration is not possible.

Wir vermieten unsere schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (76 qm) in bester Lage in Kreuzkölln zur Zwischenmiete vom 16. Mai bis 30 Juni.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet. In fünf Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Maybachufer, in zehn am Hermannplatz. Viele Bars, Restaurants, Second Hand Shops usw. sind locker zu erreichen. Wir wohnen hier mit unserem kleinen Kind, deshalb bitte kein Rauchen in der Wohnung (es gibt einen Balkon), keine Parties und keine Haustiere.

Die monatliche Miete beträgt 1200 Euro inklusive aller Nebenkosten + 60 Euro für unsere Putzhilfe alle zwei Wochen. Wir hätten gern eine Kaution in Höhe einer Monatsmiete. Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.

Wenn ihr Interesse habt und uns ein paar Infos zu euch schicken möchtet, meldet euch gerne. Das dritte Zimmer wird als Kinderzimmer und Büro genutzt. Fotos schicken wir gerne auf Anfrage.
