Ich miete meine Wohnung im August (theoretisch auch bis Mitte September) in Berlin-Neukölln unter.
Es handelt sich um eine super schöne, helle, ruhige Wohnung in einer sehr netten Lage. Sie befindet sich in der Donaustr. 130 in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen Bars, Cafes, Restaurants und zum Hermannplatz (Karstadt!), den U-Bahn-Linien U7 und U8 und der Bus-Linie M41. Sie ist in der Reuterkiez und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Landwehrkanal (Paul-Lincke-/Maybachufer), Gräfekiez, Kottbusser Damm, Oranienstr usw.
Die Wohnung ist in einem renovierten Altbau mit schönen Jugendstil-Elementen. Vorhanden ist ein schöner Süd-Balkon, eine relativ große Küche mit Abstellkammer, 2 große Zimmer und ein relativ kleines Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Fernsehen, DVD-Player usw. Dazu gibt es auch noch WLAN und die Möglichkeit mein Fahrrad auszuleihen.
Die Miete von €550/Monat versteht sich warm; Internet Flatrate kommt noch dazu.

I am renting out my gorgeous apartment in Berlin for August (and potentially til third week of September if needed). The apartment is light, airy, spacious and quiet. It's located in a buzzing, multicultural neighbourhood (known to locals as Kreuzkölln) with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants and 5 minutes walk from 2 underground lines and several bus lines. The house is fully renovated with nice Art Nouveau detailing. The apartment has a south-facing balcony, a relatively spacious kitchen with a small pantry, 2 large rooms and a cosy bathroom. It is fully furnished, incl. washing machine, microwave, TV, DVD player etc and has wireless internet access. Also the possibility of the use of a bike. (The rent is 550 per month.)
