Hallohallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmerwohnung (69m²) in der
Hermannstraße 63 in Neukölln ab dem 1. April.
Die Wohnung ist im ruhigen Hinterhaus,
im 4.OG. gelegen und meine Nachbarn sind nett.
Im Bad ist eine große Badewanne.
Leider ist die Wohnung nicht WG-geeignet, weil ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Aber als Single-Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer ist sie super.
U Leinestrasse und U Boddinstrasse sind 2 bzw 5 Minuten entfernt, dazu gibts zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Zuzügliche Kosten sind ca. 100€ Gas&Strom.
Die Kaution können wir mit den Renovierungskosten verrechnen.
Ich habe meine Wände nämlich bunt angemalt:-)
