Ich biete meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca.56m2) in Neukölln vom 10.5. - 30.6. zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, Küche, Dusche , Toilette. Das ca.25m2 grosse Wohn-/Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 120cm breitem Bett, Couch, Tisch, Stereoanlage, Dielenboden ausgestattet . Das kleine Schlafzimmer ist ca. 14 m2 gross und benutze ich normalerweise als Büro/Arbeitszimmer, kann aber als 2. Schlafzimmer mit einer Matraze auf dem Boden verwendet werden

Die Küche ist groß genug um gemütlich darin zu essen und besitzt einen Gasherd. Bad und Dusche sind klein und einfach. In der Wohnung ist eine Waschmaschiene und Internetanschluss vorhanden. Sie ist einfach, aber gemühtlich, eine typische Berliner Altbauwohnung mit Dielenboden. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr ruhig mit grünem Ausblick auf den Hinterhof und in einer wunderbaren Lage. Sie hat eine sehr entspannte Atmosphere.

Sie liegt im Norden von Neukölln am Weichselplatz. Vor dem Haus befinden sich Landwehrkanal und ein kleiner Park mit Spielplatz und Tischtennisplatten. Späti um die Ecke, diverse Supermärkte (kleiner Bioladen, Edeka, Biocompany, Netto, Lidl) in Reichweite. Viele Bars und Cafes in der Gegend.

850 € pro Monat alles inclusive(internet, Strom, Gas), 1420 € für den ganzen Zeitraum, 100 Kaution.


I am offering my flat (ca.56m2) in Neukölln to sublet from May 10th to June 30th. The flat has two rooms. The big room has about 25m2, is furnished with a 120cm bed , couch, stereo, ....wooden floor...small table. The smaller room I usually use as an office, but can be used as a 2nd bed room (with mattress on the floor). It has about 14m2 and is furnished with a table and chairs and there are extra mattresses.

The kitchen with a gas stove is big enough to eat inside comfortably, the toilet and shower are small. The flat is simple, but cosy. A typical Berlin-style flat with a wooden floor. It is very quiet with a view into the green backyard, very calming and relaxing atmosphere. There is a washing maschine and internet connection.

The appartment is located wonderfully in the north of Neukölln at Weichselplatz. In front of the house is a canal and a little park with playground and ping pong tables. Kiosk around the corner, different supermarkets (small bio supermarket, bio company, Edeka, Lidl, Aldi) close by and a lot of bars and cafes in the area.


850 € per month(everything included internet, gas, electricity), 1420 € for the whole period, 100 € deposit.
