Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin Neukölln. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus(somit sehr ruhig) und ist durch die große Fensterfront(südost-richtung) sehr hell und absolut verkehrsgünstig gelegen(U6 Leinestraße 2minuten entfernt). Die Wohnung teilt sich auf in Küche, Wc, Dusche, ein Großes Zimmer(ca 25m2), ein Schlafzimmer(ca 15m2) und wurde von mir (mit unterstützung des Vermieters) vor bezug komplett renoviert d.h neue Gas-Heizung neues Wc neue Dusche und neuer Gasherd. Sie ist nicht WG tauglich, da dass größere der beiden zimmer ein durchgangszimmer ist, jedoch ideal für Pärchen oder Singles. Beziehbar wäre die Wohnung ab 1.Mai bei bedarf auch schon etwas früher, es ist nur kaution zu zahlen keine ablöse oder sonstige Kosten.
