SUPER SCHÖNE WOHNUNG IN NORDNEUKÖLLN

Hallo,

da wir (25 und 27, Architekturstudenten) zwei Wochen nicht in Berlin sind, möchten wir unsere helle, charmante Zweizimmerwohnung untervermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Weserstraße, in der sich seit einigen Jahren das Leben vom jungen Nordneukölln ballt. Hier gibt es viele schöne Bars.
Die Wohnung befindet sich aber in einem ruhigen Abschnitt der Straße, über die man vom geräumigen Balkon herausblicken kann. Der Landwehrkanal, an dem es sich im Frühling spazieren oder Frühstücken lässt, ist nur einen Block entfernt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG eines denkmalgeschützten Mietshauses aus der Jahrhundertwende und hat zwei gleichgroße Zimmer mit breiten Dielen und hohen Decken. Diese verfügen über ein Doppel- und ein Einzellbett – was aber nach Bedarf nachgerüstet werden kann. Die Küche und das Bad (mit Badewanne) sind beide großzügig geschnitten. Für Musiker gibt es ein Klavier.
Die Anbindung erfolgt mit Bus (M41, 171), U-Bahn (U7 Karl-Marx-Straße) und S-Bahn (Ringbahn S Sonnenallee). Ein Damen- und ein Herrenrad könnten zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Hi,

Because we (25 and 27, architecture students) are out of town for two weeks, we´re subletting our bright and charming two room apartment.
The apartment is in the Weserstraße, which in the last couple of years has developed to be the heart of the young Neukölln scene. There´s enough new bars opening every month to guaranty you a wholefull two weeks.
However, the apartment is situated in a quieter part of the Weserstraße, so you can relax undisturbed on the large balcony looking over it. The Landwehrkanal, an old inner city chanel which is great for spring walks or going out for breakfast is only one block away from the house.
The apartment is part of a turn-of-the-century house which is listed as heritage. It has two equally large and bright rooms with nice wooden floors and high ceelings. There´s one single and one double bed - an extra bed could be added if needed. The kitchen and bathroom (with bathtub) are spacious, too. There´s a piano for musicians.
Bus, metro and S-Bahn (circle line) are within comfortable walking distance and provide easy connection to the rest of the city. If wanted, you can use our bikes.
