Ich biete hier meine Wohnung für vier Wochen zur Miete an. Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmerwohnung mit Stuck und Flügeltür mitten in Kreuzkölln. Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert. Selbstversorgung ist problemlos möglich - sie ist komplett eingerichtet (Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd etc. vorhanden). WIFI vorhanden. Sie ist perfekt für 2 Personen, ggf. kann aber auch eine dritte Person auf der Couch schlafen (Die Couch ist 2 m lang und meines Erachtens nicht unbequem). Auch ein Babybett ist bei Bedarf vorhanden.

I´m offering my flat to rent for four weeks. It is a beautiful 2-room-appartment in the middle of "Kreuzkölln". The whole flat has been renovated this spring. It´s furnished, so self-supply is possible. WiFi can be used for free. It´s perfect for two people, but a third person can also sleep on the couch (It´s large enough and in my opinion not uncomfortable).
In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich Cafés, Kneipen, der Landwehrkanal, die Hasenheide und der Görlitzer Park. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Herrmannplatz U7/U8 ist 400 Meter entfernt und eine Bushaltestelle, an der zwei Metro-Busse (zB Richtung Hbf, Potsdamer Platz, Kudamm) und zwei "normale" Busse (zB Richtung Flughafen Schönefeld, Treptower Park) fahren sind direkt vor der Tür.

There are several bars and cafes in the close neighbourhood, as well as the "Landwehrkanal" and two parks (Hasenheide and Görlitzer Park). The next subway station is 400 meter to go (Herrmannplatz - U7/U8)and a busstation is directly in front of the house. (the busses are going for example to Berlin Main-Station, Potsdamer Platz, Schönefeld Airport, Treptower Park..)
Zur Miete: eine Person zahlt 45 € pro Nacht, zwei 55 €, drei 65 €. Es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an, jedoch nehme ich, da meine Wohnung voll eingerichtet ist, eine Kaution von 200 Euro.
Bei Interesse meldet euch einfach per Mail und schreibt mir, für welchen Zeitraum ihr in Berlin sein wollt.
