Wir suchen einen Zwischenmieter für die Zeit vom 20.8-8.9. für unsere 64qm große Wohnung in Rixdorf, Richardkiez Süd in Neukölln. Die W0hnung ist voll möbliert, perfekt für 2 Personen und gut gelegen (VH 3. OG, Altbau, mit Stuck und Dielen und Balkon ). Bei Bedarf stellen wir auch unsere Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
Es gibt eine gute S und U Bahn Verbindung (Ringbahn Sonnenallee, U7 Karl Marx Str.), außerdem Edeka sowie viele kleine Märkte und Läden sowie Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe (Weserstr ist auch nicht weit).
Die Miete beträgt für den gesamten Zeitraum 400,- EURO, alles inklusive (Nebenkosten, Telefon, Internet, Strom). Dazu kommt 100,- Euro Kaution.

Our apartment in Neukölln is available for sublet over a three week period from Aug. 20 to September 8. It's a one-bedroom apartment on the 3rd Obergeschoss (4th floor) with a sit-in kitchen and living room (with two desks)--64 square meters in all, with a large balcony. The bedroom is quiet, facing the courtyard. It's in an altbau building with wooden floors and high ceilings. The apartment is located in Rixdorf Kiez near Richardplatz. We are close to the Sonnenallee S-Bahn stop on the Ring and the Karl-Marx-Strasse U7 stop is not far. Nearby are some nice bars and cafes, good grocery stores, plenty of Turkish food options, an organic supermarket and an outdoor vegetable market. The Landwehr Canal and the ever increasing number of bars and restaurants on and around Weserstrasse are a quick bike ride away.
The cost for the entire three weeks, including utilities, internet would be 400 euros. Please write me an email if you're interested.
