Apartment:
Cozy, private apartment for couples, small families, or up to 4 friends. We live here as a couple and the apartment has all the amenities of modern, urban life: huge fridge, washing machine, WiFi, Printer, TV, DVD-Player, Stereo, Wii, several radios, fully equipped kitchen for 4 persons incl. dining table, living room w/ large (bed)couch, shower/bathtub, bedroom with queen size bed and bedding, 2 desks for the occasional work time. Bedding and sheets for up to 4 persons included.
HowTo:
This is a private offer and we won't/can't switch tenants within this relatively small time span. Price is 30€ per night indenpendent of how many people rent (max. 4), or 600€ for the whole 3 weeks. We will give you the apartment clean and tidy and would like to have it back that way. If you do not want to do the final laundry of the sheets that's fine :). We can arrange to do the final cleanup of the apartment ourselves for a small fee (50€). Please get in touch with us for further details and more pictures.
