mit mind. 75m² und Wannenbad. Ideal wäre mit Balkon.
Der Preis sollte 900€ warm (mit Heizkosten) nicht übersteigen.
Unser Kiez der Wahl ist Kreuzberg oder Neukölln.
Als Alternative kommen auch Tempelhof, Schöneberg und Mitte
in Frage – Kreuzberg oder Neukölln sollten allerdings in “Sichtweite” bleiben.
