Hallo alle Wohnungssuchende!

Ich möchte meine schöne, sonnige, vollmöblierte 2Zimmer-Wohnung für 7 Monate untervermieten (von 13. August 2012 bis 15. oder 31. März 2013). Ich suche ein Pärchen oder eine/n zuverlässige/n Zwischenmieter/in.

Die Wohnung ist 51m2 groß, Vorderhaus (nach Süden) mit Blick zum Landwehrkanal im 4. Stock. Die Wohnung ist saniert mit Laminat und PVC Boden ausgestattet, hat neue Fenster
und Zentral--Heizung.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank,eine große vollausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und einer gemütliche Essecke, ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne und einem großen, hellen 25m2 Wohnzimmer mit einemZweierbettsofa, 2 Sesseln, eine Kommode und einem großen Schreibtisch. Telefon und Internet-Flatrate sind vorhanden.

Man ist in ca. 1 Min zu Fuß am Kanal und ist perfekt für alle
Jogger. Es gibt einen großen grünen Innenhof der für alle Mieter zugänglich ist. Den Treptower Park erreicht man mit dem Rad in max. 10 Minuten.

Zwei Haltestellen der Buslinie 171 (Flughafen Schönefeld- Hermannplatz, alle 20 min.) sind in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des S-Bahnhof Sonnenalle(10min zu Fuß) und hat damit Verkehrsanbindung zur Ringbahn. 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt ist die Sonnenalle mit Busverbindung alle 5 min, sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und
Cafes, Restaurants und Bars. Sehr nah gibt es ein REWE, ein Netto Marken Discount und ein Nahkauf alle von Mo-Sa bis 22 Uhr geöffnet sowie eine Bäckerei, ein Kiosk und ein Spätkauf.

Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und auf Wunsch kann ich alle Pflanzen in der Wohnung lassen. Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 570,- Euro/Monat vollmobliert inkl. Abfall-, Wasser-,
Heiz- und Stromkosten sowie Internet Flatrate und Telefonate innerhalb Deutschlands.

I'm subletting my 1 bedroom apartment for 7 months (from the 13th of August 2012 to the 15th or 31th of March 2013).
I am looking for a reliable tenant / couple for my beautiful, bright, and fully furnished apartment.
The apartment (51m²), it is situated on the fourth floor, facing south and overlooking the Landwehr Channel. It has been fully renovated and is fitted with new windows, central heating, and laminate floors.

The apartment consists of a small bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a large and fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and a cosy dining area, a small bathroom with a bathtub, and a spacious, bright living room (25m²) with a twin bed sofa, 2 chairs, a dresser and a large desk.
Telephone and flat rate Internet is also available.

Only 1 minute away you'll find the Landwehr Channel -perfect for all jogging fans. It has a large, green, and public inner courtyard, and the Treptower Park can be reached by bike in less than 10 minutes.

Virtually on your doorstep you have the bus 171 (Airport Schönefeld-Hermann Platz). The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Sonnenallee S-Bahn station (10min walk) and has transport links to the Ringbahn. A 5 min walk away you'll find the shopping street Sonnenallee with buses every 5 minutes and a multitude of shops, cafés, restaurants and bars.Close by are the big supermarkets REWE and Netto Marken Discount (open from Monday to Saturday to 10PM), a kiosk, and a bakery.

It is very cosy and on request I can leave all the plants in the flat. The cost is € 570,- per month fully furnished and including all water, heating, and electricity costs, as well as Internet and flat rate
telephone calls within Germany.

Hola a todos aquellos que buscan un apartamento en Berlin!

Quiero subarrendar mi mi lindo y soleado departamento de 1 Dormitorio por 7 meses (desde el 13 de agosto de 2012 hasta el 15 o 31 de marzo de 2013) Busco una pareja o una persona confiable como inquilino/a para arrendar mi apartamento completamente amoblado.
El apartamento tiene 51m2, está en el cuarto piso, da hacia la calle y tiene una hermosa vista al canal. Está renovado, con ventanas nuevas , suelo de parquet y PVC y calefacción central.

El apartamento tiene un pequeño dormitorio con una cama doble y un armario. Tiene una cocina grande, completamente equipada. La cocina tiene una lavadora de ropa y un agradable rincón con una mesa para comer. El apartamento tiene un baño con tina/bañera y un salón grande muy soleado con un sofá-cama de dos plazas, dos sillones, una cómoda y un escritorio grande. Hay conexión de internet (Fatrate) y teléfono fijo.

En 1 minuto se llega al canal y es perfecto para gente que le gusta ir a correr o hacer deporte. Tiene un patio interior muy bonito, grande y verde que se puede utilizar y en 10 minutos en bicicleta se llega al parque Treptow, donde pasa el río Spree y se puede disfrutar de la naturaleza.

El apartamento está muy cerca de la estación de tren S-bahnhof Sonnenalle (10 min a pie) y con esto conexión hacia la linea circular de Berlin. Practicamente en la puerta de la casa está la estación de autobús 171 ( Aeropuerto Schönefeld-Hermannplatz) que pasa cada 20 minutos. A 5 min a pie se llega a la calle Sonnenalle, en la que hay conexión de autobús cada 5 minutos. En esta calle se encuentra de todo, tiendas, panaderías, kioskos, mercados, cafés, restaurantes y bares. Para hacer la compra hay 3 supermercados (Rewe, Netto y Nahkauf) todos abiertos de lunes a viernes hasta las 22:00
horas.

El apartamento es muy cómodo y agradable. ( Puedo dejar todas mis plantas si se desea) El costo mensual es de 570,- Euros. Está completamente amoblado he incluyen los gastos del condominio, agua, calefacción, luz, internet y teléfono fijo para llamar solo a números fijos dentro de Alemania.
