Hallo,
wir suchen für der genannten Zeitraum ein Zwischenmieter für unsere schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung (60m2, mit Balkon). Die Wohnung liegt im Nord-Neukölln, direkt am Landwehrkanal (Kiehlufer). Sie befindet sich im 2. OG in einer verkehrsruhige Straße. Ideal für ein Pärchen.
Die Wohnung ist hell, mit Balkon und Aussicht auf dem Kanal. Sie ist komplett möbliert: Waschmaschine, komplette Kücheneinrichtung, Bett (1.40 x 2.00), Kleiderschrank, 2 Schreibtische... Alles was man braucht!
Außerdem ist alles in der Nähe; viele Cafes, Bars. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts um die Ecke (Netto, Kaisers, LPG Bio-Markt, Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi), und joggen oder spazieren gehen den Kanal entlang ist ganz nett.
Die U-Bahnstation Rathaus Neukölln ist 10-min. entfernt, U8 (Hermannplatz) erreicht man mit dem Bus ebenfalls in 15 Minuten. Mit dem M41 kann man in 20min zum Potsdamer Platz ohne umsteigen. Dazu noch viele Bussen: 104, 167, 171 (50 min zum Schönefeld Flughafen ohne Umsteifen, 194.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Wäschestand, sind vorhanden.
Der preis (300 €) ist Warm für 2 Personnen, inklusive Warmwasser, WLAN und Strom. Wir hätten gern dazu eine Sicherheitskaution in Höhe von 350€.

We are subletting our 2-room apartment located along the beautiful Landwehrkanal, in Kiehlufer for the Berlin fashion Week. The apartment is a fully furnished, well-kept two room flat (60m2) with high ceilings and parket. It has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for people who love to cook, a big living room with a spacious working area (2 desks), sofas, and a comfortable bathroom with WC, bathtub, shower, that has a beautiful view of the canal. The bedroom and kitchen have both access to the long balcony that looks over the Landwehrkanal. The apartment faces south, and has many windows, which guarantees sunlight and good illumination all day long; as well as a warmer winter, since sunlight hits direct through the windows almost all day long.
It is located in the Nord-Neukölln district, between the LandwehrKanal and Treptower Park, in a very green and calm area full of canals, parks, shops, supermarkets (Netto, Edeka, Kaisers, Rewe), biomarkts, flea markets, bars, restaurants, and the amazing brunch and breakfast places that invade the trendy neighborhoods of Neükolln and Kreuzberg. The new hip Weserstraße is really close. Closest metro stations in order of proximity are Rathaus Neukölln U7 (10 mins walking, 5 with bike), Hermannplatz U8 and Treptower Park S-bahn can be reached with buses in 10 minutes. In the Sonnenallee you find the Metrobus M41, which takes you to Postdamer Platz in 20mins. A really convenient bus to Schönefeld Airport (Bus 171) and soon Brandenburg stops one block away.

The price is 300€ for the week and includes high-speed Wifi Internet, land-line, central heating, electricity, and all amenities: washing machine, fridge, closet, fully equipped kitchen, electric stove with oven, iron, hair dryer, TV, DVD player, auto-inflatable bed for guests, bed linen and towels.

We also ask for a deposit of 350€. Given back once you return the keys.
