Hi there!
I am making a short trip and my little but bright and charming flat will be available a week, including Christmas.
The flat has one big room with a large bed and an additional bed-couch. It has as much light you can get here in Winter, and a nice balcony to the street.
The kitchen is spacious, also bright and with dining space. The bathroom is quite big as well, with a nice bathtub.
All bills already in the price. Besides water and electricity this includes high-speed wireless internet, phone use (flat rate for non mobile calls), heating, and the use of the washing machine.
Very close to the Hermannplatz U-Bahn station, you will be in the mid of the Nord-Neukölln scene. There are lots of bars, clubs, and restaurants around. The weekly, really nice street-market at Kottbusser Dam is close by. The neighborhood is lively and full of stuff to do. Also, you have some of the best possible connections right there (literally at one minute), including the subway lines U7 and U8, and several bus-services (M41, M29, others...)
Dates are flexible within reason! If you need a bit more/less days, just tell me.
Send me a message if you are interested. The price is for 1 or 2 persons for the whole week. It is possible to have a larger group of friends there (2 couples or so), but that would rise the energy costs a bit.
