40qm wohnzimmer mit offenem kamin yeah yeah yeah!!!

die wohnung liegt im ersten stock eines alten backsteinhauses in ruhiger lage, 2 min fußweg vom s/u-bahnhof neukölln. sie ist geeignet für eine familie, (2 zimmer ca. 16qm, 1 zimmer ca. 24qm), außerdem gibt es ein riesiges wohnzimmer (40qm) mit wunderschönem offenem kamin, badezimmer mit dusche, badewanne und fesnster. leider teilte uns die hasuverwaltung mit, dass eine vermietung an eine wg nicht mehr erwünscht ist. die wohnung ist sehr hell und mit der hausverwaltung und den nachbarn haben wir sehr gute erfahrungen gemacht. in den nebenkosten sind die heizkosten bereits enthalten. wir wohnen momentan zu viert in dieser wohnung, das heißt 2 personen teilen sich ein zimmer und suchen somit nach einer wohnung mit mindestens 4 zimmern, sodass wir jeder ein eigenes zimmer haben. preisobergrenze liegt für uns bei 1200,-€ warm. renovierungsbedürftig wäre kein problem.

the flat is close from s/u-bahnhof neukölln. it is perfectly suitable for a family (2 rooms aprx. 16sm, 1 room aprx. 24sm), additionally a huge livingroom (40sm) with a beautiful open fireplace. unfortunately the landlords told us that they dont wanna rent the flat to a shared flat anymore. good experiences with landlords and neighbours. heating costs are already included in the announced additional costs.
right now we share the flat between 4 people, so 2 people are sharing one room, so that we are looking for a new place with minimum 4 rooms. we dont wanna pay more than 1200,-€ warm.
