Bright Kreuzkölln, balcony and bikes

I´m renting my newly renovated flat in the trendy Kreuzkölln area. It is steps away from happening Weserstrasse and lively Weichselstrasse, gorgeous parks along the canal and convenient public transport (Hermannplatz and Rathaus Neukölln). The area is one of the most vibrant and exciting in Berlin with new bars, cafes and galleries practically on every corner.

The apartment is on the fourth floor with large bright windows facing a tree-lined and quiet cobblestone street. Besides all wood floors and high ceilings, the flat features a fully outfitted eat-in kitchen, an all-new bathroom and a set of wine, brandy and aperitif glasses including a decanter. The balcony looks out over the street and always gets plenty of light.

The bedroom has a quality double bed and a large wardrobe. In the living room, a fold-out couch turns into a comfy full-sized double bed with a real bed frame. The furnishings include blond wood chairs, a dinner table, a breakfast table, a coffee machine, a television, a clothes washing machine and all the comforters, sheets and towels you need for your stay.

Two bicycles also come with the flat.

The flat is next to two shopping centers, an organic supermarket, and on Tuesdays and Fridays there's a popular Turkish street market with fresh fruits, meats, cheeses and other products at unbelievably low prices.

The flat is also close to the Tempelhof Park, a former US Air Force base and airport that has been completely turned into a public park.

I would like to rent the apartment for the whole period (1 month) for 600 euro to one person or a couple, no roommate situations please. Thanks!
