Ich (W, Anfang 40) suche eine nette Mit- meist aber Allein-Untermieterin für meine absolut suß geschnittene Wohnung. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche mit Balkon, einem großen (ca. 18 m²) Zimmer und einer kleinen Kammer (ca. 8 m²), die ich ganz sporadisch tageweise nutzen würde, ansonsten würde die Wohnung dir allein gehören. Die Wohnküche ist komplett ausgestattet, das große Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit einem Sofa, Schreibtisch und Schrank, alle Möbel sind helle Holzmöbel oder antike Schränke/ Tische, die Räume sind dennoch luftig und sehr sonnig (Ost- und West-Fenster, im Sommer 6 Stunden Sonne auf dem Balkon). Das Bad ist neu gefliest mit Fenster.
Es sind keine 50m bis zur U-Bahn (Parchimer Allee, U7, 3 Stationen bis zum Ring), 8 Minuten zum Hermannplatz. Die Wohnung liegt in der denkmalgeschützten Bruno-Taut-Siedlung, ist grün (große Gärten zwischen den Häusern) und ruhig gelegen, Schloss mit Parkanlage 5 Minuten.
Ich wünsche mir eine verlässliche, umgängliche (Mit-)bewohnerin und zeitweise WG-Genossin und eine Mindestmietdauer von einem Jahr, da ich für 2 Jahre nach Süddeutschland gehe.
