Beautiful 2rm apt with sunny terrace - on Canal in Kreuzkölln

We have a fantastic furnished 2 room apartment to rent out from the 3rd until the 21st of March. The apartment, while by some standards small, is beautifully planned with a living area consisting of a work space and a huge sofa that easily doubles as a bed for two.

The kitchen is off the living area and is fully kitted out - you'll be cooking with gas. It is big enough for a nice dining area under the window next to the door leading out to the south facing terrace. If there is sun - we get it.

The bedroom has a king size bed and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. The building was built in the 60s and while 'modern,' it is warm and quiet.

Naturally, all the mod-cons are on offer. Internet, flat screen, dishwasher etc...

The apartment is perfectly suited for a couple but also suitable for two separate sleeping areas.
Must be nice, and if you smoke, do it outside.

Wir haben eine fantastisch möblierte 2 Raum Wohnung zu vermieten vom 3. bis zum 21. März. Die Wohnung hat ein tolles, sonniges Wohnzimmer bestehend aus einem Arbeitsbereich und einem riesigen Sofa, das auch leicht als Bett für zwei genutzt werden kann.

Die Küche ist an den Wohnbereich angeschlossen und bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt – inklusive Gaskochfeld. Sie hat einen schönen Essbereich mit ausziehbarem Tisch gleich neben einer großen, nach Süden ausgerichteten Terrasse. Wenn die Sonne scheint, bekommen wir jeden Strahl davon ab J.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und es gibt eine Badewanne im Badezimmer. Das Gebäude wurde in den 60er Jahren mit Fahrstuhl gebaut und ist modern, warm und ruhig.

Natürlich sind alle Annehmlichkeiten im Preis enthalten… Internet, Flachbildschirm, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc. ..

Die Wohnung ist nicht nur perfekt für ein Paar geeignet, sondern auch, falls man sie mit zwei separaten Schlafräumen nutzen möchte.

Zwischenmenschlich muss es passen und wenn geraucht wird, dann bitte auf der Terrasse.
