Die 2 Zimmer haben etwa 50 qm. Sie bestehen aus einem Wohnzimmer welches ein Durchgangszimmer ist und einem Schlafzimmer. Dazu ein Balkon.
Und natürlich Küche und Bad.
Die Zimmer sind möbliert mit einem riesigen Bett, einer Couch, Esstisch, Schreibtisch und Arbeitstisch.
Dazu eine volleingerichtete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine&Spülmaschine, Gasherd und alle nötigen Küchenutensilien.
Wir sind eine junge Familie und werden nur ab und zu mal da sein. Einer von uns wird im Juni das dritte Zimmer nutzen, aber auch nur zum schlafen nach Hause kommen.
WIR SUCHEN EINE einzelne PERSON, gern mit KIND. ODER ein PAAR, arbeitend, keine FEIER/ AFTERHOUR WG! Nichtraucher-Wohnung, Rauchen auf dem Balkon

We rent out 2 rooms of our 3-room appartment. Both rooms belong together, therefor NOT suited for shared living. The Rooms are furnished with Bed, Couch, Desk...the kitchen is fully equiped.
We will pass by every now and then and use the third room.
We LOOK for SINGLE PERSONS to let, people with CHILDREN prefered. OR a COUPLE, working people. NO PARTY OR AFTERHOUR FLAT!
