Dear All,
We are Junaed, Wasim, Yash and Marie staying in our well furnished bunker in Berlin ;). Myself Junaed hailing from India, Wasim from Pakistan, Yash again from India and finally Marie from Mozambique. Unfortunately Marie is moving out by the end of the month and we would like to welcome a new member to our happy and fun loving apartment.
We stay in a multistory-ed house owned by a very friendly Turkish family. This family includes the owner Mr. Yildrim, his wife, his mother and his 2 sons. The 1st floor is occupied by a Lebanese family and we occupy the beautiful basement. The apartment is very cheap and highly furnished. There is also party place for sheesha and barbeque outside the house. Together we live as one big family.
All of us are fun loving and sporty. We like to have a new member (man / woman)to our small family in the age group of 22-28. We speak English, Deutsch and Turkish. If you are interested feel free to give me a ring and we could set an appointment for you to come and see the whole apartment.
5 minutes walk from Steintraegerweg bus station. This bus station is 2 stations away from Johanisthaler Chausee U7 station. We are surrounded by a gym in 5 mins walk, parks and almost all supermarkets like Netto, Edeka, Aldi, Norma, Kaufland etc very close nearby. The Groupius passage mall at Johanisthaler Chausee is also just 15 mins by walk and 2 bus stations away. The house is again 7 mins walk from alt buckow bus station.
All dishes and cooking utensils necessary for the apartment are also present. The owner is strict with only one thing which is no smoking and swine consumption inside the house. But there is no problem if you do that outside the house. Basically all inmates staying here including myself are perfectly fine with this but this is one rule which the owner wishes to emphasize.
