Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere gemütliche Wohnung!
Die Wohnung ist 54qm groß, hat ein großes (ca. 20 qm) und ein kleines Zimmer (ca. 10qm), ein Badezimmer mit separater Toilette und eine Küche mit genügend Platz für eine Sitzecke. Sie liegt im ersten Stock im Hinterhaus und ist daher schön ruhig, aber dennoch hell (siehe Bilder). Außerdem ist sie WG-geeignet.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit hohen Decken und Dielenboden ausgestattet. Sie wurde vor unserem Einzug im Oktober 2012 komplett saniert und Badezimmer und Toilette vollständig erneuert.
Die Stuttgarter Straße läuft parallel zur Sonnenallee und zur Weserstraße.
Zur M41 sind es max. 3 Minuten zu Fuß, sie bringt dich zum Hermannplatz und zur Ringbahn. Die nächste U-Bahnstation Rathaus Neukölln ist ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt.
Direkt auf der Ecke findest du einen Späti und eine Bäckerei. Rewe, Lidl und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf der Karl-Marx-Str sind fix fußläufig erreichbar. Zu deiner zukünftigen Lieblingsbar in der Weserstraße und zum Kanal sind es auch nur 5 Minuten.

We’re looking for new tenants for our cosy flat!
The flat has one big (ca. 20sqm) and one small room (ca. 10 sqm), a bathroom, a separate toilet and a kitchen that is big enough to fit a table. It is situated on the first floor in the rear house and is thus very calm, yet bright (see pictures). It is suitable for a collective (WG).
The whole flat has high ceilings and a beautiful wooden floor (Dielenboden). It was entirely renovated right before we moved here in October 2012. Both the bathroom and the toilet are completely new.
Our street runs parallel to Sonnenallee and Weserstraße. It takes you max 3 min to get to the M41, which goes to both Hermannplatz and Ringbahn. The next subway station Rathaus Neukölln is ca 7 minutes away by foot.
Right on the corner of the street you'll find both a Späti (small shop selling some basic food, drinks, cigarettes and the like) and a bakery. Rewe, Lidl and the shopping area on Karl-Marx-Str. are easy to reach by foot. It only takes you about 5 minutes to get to your future favourite bar on Weserstraße and to the lovely canal.
