schöne 2 1/2 Zimmer wohnung direkt am landwehrkanal

Hej leute!

ich suche kurzfristig jemanden der im Januar eine bleibe in Berlin sucht, vergebe meine Wohnung vom 03.01. bis zum 29.01.
Sie hat 60 quadratmeter verteilt auf eine große diele, ein schlafzimmer und ein großes wohn-/ esszimmer. Plus natürlich küche und badezimmer. Schlafzimmer mit 140er best. Die küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man zum kochen braucht. das badezimmer ist (wie die ganze wohnung) frisch saniert und hat eine badewanne und waschmaschine. Meine wohnung liegt im erdgeschoss und hat einen eigenen eingang mit kleinem garten davor.

Die wohnung liegt direkt am landwehrkanal gegenüber eines kleinen parks und ist sehr ruhig. Meine nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich und nett und man blickt ins grüne. Es gibt fußläufig zwei supermärkte ,bäcker und spätkauf, nette cafes und bars. Zwei buslinien und s sonnenallee in der nähe.
die miete beträgt 550, Kaution sind 200

Es gibt kein Internet.

I am looking for a tentant for my beautiful 2 ½ room apartment in neukölln next to landwehrkanal between 03rd of january and the 29th of january.

the flat has 60 square meters distributed over a large hallway, one bedroom and a large living / dining room. Plus of course kitchen and bathroom. bedroom with 140s bed, so also suitable for a couple. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. the bathroom is (like the whole apartment) freshly renovated and has a bathtub and washing machine. My apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance with a small garden in front.
The apartment is located on the landwehrkanal opposite a small park and is very quiet. My neighborhood is very friendly and nice and you can look into the green. There are two supermarkets within walking distance, baker and late buying, nice cafes and bars. Two bus lines and s-train sonnenallee are near by.

rent is 550 and id like to ask for a small deposit of 200

There is no WiFi.
