Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die beiden Zimmer sind jeweils ca 22m² groß. Im Flur ist genug Platz um einen Schrank o.ä. hinzustellen.
Das Bad ist sehr groß, hat Badewanne und eine extra Dusche, welche ebenerdig ist. Die Waschmaschine hat locker Platz im Badezimmer.
Die Küche ist auch groß, perfekt um einen Tisch 'reinzustellen und es sich gemütlich zu machen.
E-Herd ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am s + U Bahnhof Neukölln, ist daher super angebunden. Die Autobahnausfahrt ist in 5 Minuten erreicht.
Des weiteren fährt auch ein Bus (171) direkt zum Flughafen Schönefeld und zum Hermannplatz.
Einkaufsmöglichekeiten gibt es genug, das Neuköllner Tor ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, dort findet sich ein real, Aldi, Rossmann, Kik, und weitere Geschäfte. Ausserdem gibt es einen großen türkischen Obst- und Gemüsemarkt und ein Netto an der Ecke. Mehrere internationale Imbisse runden das Angebot ab.
