Ab sofort möchte ich meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung untervermieten. Sie ist 42 m2 groß, ist sehr hell, weil sie komplett nach Süden raus geht. Je nach Bedarf kann ich sie teilmöbliert oder unmöbliert überlassen. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit Einbauküche, Tisch, Stühlen und Kühlschrank. Im Flur gibt es einen schönen Einbauschrank und im Bad ein Regal. Für das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer habe ich zwei Sessel.
Sie liegt zwischen S- und U-Bhf. Hermannstraße und S- und U-Bhf Neukölln, somit ist sie sehr gut an den Ring und die U 8 und U 7 angebunden. In der Nähe der Bahnhöfe befinden sich auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Kaisers, Real und ein türkischer Supermarkt mit tollem Obst- und Gemüseangebot.
Sie kostet 440,00 Euro und heute am 06.08 um 18.00 Uhr könnt ihr sie euch anschauen. Bitte ruft mich aber unbedingt vorher an, wenn ihr kommen möchtet.
