Renovated 72 square metre flat with one bedroom plus very large living room and kitchen.
We are away and the flat will be free for about 8 weeks. We would like to sublet to good people we can trust. OUR STUFF WILL BE IN THERE. Of course, we make space, but this will not be an empty flat. It is important for us who would stay there. Some furniture has changed. The balcony is much nicer now and there is a piano in the flat. We need to meet the people who will live here in person or via zoom.
The flat is located on the top floor and has a large terrace. Lovely bamboo floors with warm rugs and excellent new heating make for a very cozy base in the most vibrant borough of Berlin, both the nearest surroundings, trendy and up-and-coming Neukölln, and the city at large, easily accessed by S-Bahn trains, which stop just outside the door. Grocery stores (BIO included!) in abundance within walking distance and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, as well as a washing machine in the bathroom), bars, cafes and great, inexpensive food all around. One master bedroom with a comfortable double bed. This place is great for a couple. There is now a piano in the flat and we redid the terrace in a nicer way than on the photos.
There is high speed internet included. Fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels - all included.

The flat is located in Neukölln, minutes from the amazing area of Rixdorf, with it's old cobblestones and bric-a-brac shop around Richardsplatz, where Berlin still feels a bit like the twenties. Every week new bars, shops and cafés are opening, attracting an eclectic and cosmopolitan crowd.
It is also only five minutes by foot from the Ring S Bahn that gets you conveniently all around town (15 minutes to Alexanderplatz).
Also easy to get to airports (particularly Schönefeld) and motorway.
Internet, linen, bedsheets, cutlery, pots etc all is in the flat. You do not need to bring anything. This is ideal for someone who wants to set up in Berlin and needs a place to start out. This is our flat, we live here and in London so dates can be discussed.
