Since I am going on a longer working trip, I am subletting my apartment in central Neukölln. The apartment has two large rooms. One bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double bed sofa, a dining table and a balcony with a fabulous view over Neukölln.
The location is a short walk away from either of the following metro stations: Hermannplatz (U7, U8), Rathaus Neukölln (U7) or Boddinstrasse (U8).
South of Hermannplatz is very vivid and multi-cultural area. There are many great restaurants with delicacies from all around the world in the close vicinity, be it Turkish, Italian, Lebanese, Japanese, Spanish or stone age food.
Northern Neukölln is buzzing with bars and little cafés, especially around Pannierstrasse and Wühlischstrasse, where there are some great breakfast places as well.
For those in need of trees and fresh air, there is a beautiful park called Hasenheide reachable in just a few minutes walk and also the former Tempelhof airfield, now open for all.
Walking distance to Hermannplatz, Boddinstrasse or Rathaus Neukölln is 5 minutes.
Another five minutes to the beautiful Hasenheide Park and a plethora of bars and cafés around Weichselstrasse and Pannierstrasse.
