The flat is located in a quiet area known as Kreuzkölln, as it is where Kreuzberg meets Neukölln. It is close to the waterside in a nice neighbourhood full of cafes, bars and yoga places.
Around the area, there are good shopping opportunities and a cinema. There is also a Turkish street market every Tuesday and Friday. The price includes all costs: water, WLAN, electricity and heating.

Two underground stations are walking distance from the flat: U8 Schönleinstraße and U7 Hermannplatz.
