Dear visitors,
Are you looking for a sweet and confortable appartment to spend around Easter? From the 27th of March to 3rd of April, (will be also available in May 13th-18th), I'm offering my very nice renovated flat (44sqm) in Berlin Neukölln. If you wish to stay for the Easter week-end, let me know.
It's suitable for one person, perfect for a couple, even with a child or a third person. Possible to rent per day.
There's one sleeping room with a very confortable double bed and a big living-room with a very good sofa bed. The kitchen is open and fully equiped (fridge,deep freezer, good oven, washing machine, samll dish-washer). There's a bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony surrounded by trees ans birds. There is a WIFI internet connexion.
Since the photos were taken, she decoration has changed and it's more colourful and arty now.
Price per night : single 25 €, couple 35 €, 3 people 45 €
Deposit : 200 €
Cleaning : 20€
It's the perfect place if you want to be close to nature and at the same time in the city.
The surroundings are quiet and green, directly at a running path and 2 minutes from a very nice park.
There's a shopping center with supermarkets, bank, post, icecreams, gazstation. . .
By bus (M41) you can reach in a few minutes the center of Neukölln (rathaus neukölln, then hermannplatz) where the population is very mixed. It's is a working class district which became the new hype for artist and expats. There are second hand, designer's shops, artist's studios, bars and galleries, turkish, asian, german and italian restaurants. A few blocks after Hermannplatz there's Kreuzberg and its canal, one of the coolest place in Berlin.
Transport connections :
S bahn station « Köllnische Heide » on métro/train Berlin net. Very good connections to Schönefeld airport, a direct train reaches it in 20min
The bus M41 is very practical as it goes through Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Potsdamer Platz and reaches the central train Station Hauptbanhof in 45min
Highway A100 and A113
Please no pets and no smoking inside. The balcony is the place for smokers.
By the way, I also speak french, german, a bit of spanish, russian and finish if it's needed !
