Ich vermiete über Silvester (für etwa 10 Tage) meine farbenfrohe gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Neukölln. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und hat alles, was man so brauchen könnte.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im HH EG, alle Fenster haben Ausblick zu einem ruhigen grünen Garten.
Da es ein Altbau ist, ist der Zugang zum Duschekammer nur durch die Küche möglich - das nennt sich Berliner Charme.
Die Wohnung ist für Menschen, die Katzen-Allergie haben, leider wahrscheinlich nicht geeignet, obwohl die Katze über Feiertage auch Urlaub macht und woanders ist.

I'm renting my lovely colourful two room flat over New Year for about 10 days. The flat is fully furnished and has everything one might need for a comfortable stay.
The flat is situated in the back house, ground floor. All the windows go out to a small quiet green garden.
Since it's an old building, the entrance to the shower is via the kitchen - it's a part of Berlin charme.
The flat is less suitable for people with allergy for cats although the cat is not going to be there.
Das Haus liegt direkt am Hermannplatz, vor dem Eingang in die U7 und U8, sämtliche Busse haben ihre Haltestelle vor der Tür oder gelich um die Ecke. Tausende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafes, Kneipen usw. Perfekte Lage!

The house is located directly at Hermannplatz, in front of the entrance to the metro lines U7 and U8, plenty of buses have a stop at the doorstep or just around the corner. Lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. Perfect location!
