The flat is on the top floor of an old but renovated building. There are two rooms of exactly the same size and its suitable for a shared flat since they are not connected to each other. Furthermore the flat has a kitchen with table and chairs and there is a bathtub in the bathroom.
It is fully furnished and has everything you need, starting from coffee cooker, to milk foamer (coffee lovers are welcome ;-) ) to washing machine.
Neukölln is the new discovered artist and alternative neighborhood with a international flair. Its very central and easy to get around from the flat since very close there is the S Bahn station Sonnenallee and its connected to bus lines. In general the area is very lively but the flat is quite, especially the back rooms since it is facing the garden side. The front room is facing a little square with cafes, kiosks and different restaurants.
Grocery shopping possibilities are around the corner, as well as more cafes, bars and restaurants.
