Hallo!
Ich mache einen Urlaub in Thailand und vermiete meine Wohung für diesen Zeitraum unter! Die Wohung liegt im 4 Stock und hat einen sehr schönen Balkon, Südseite, man kann sich also prima sonnen und dort Frühstücken! Es gibt 2 Zimmer ein Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtisch , Kleiderschrank ect. und ein Wohunzimmer mit Blakon! Waschmadchine und Kühlschrank ebensfalls vorhanden, sogar eine Spühlmaschine :) Überalle sind Dielen und ein schönes Alpenbild an der Wand. Die Nachbarn sind freundlich und ruhig, man kann also sehr gut schlafen!Überzeigt euch selbst und kommt vorbei ich bin ab Samstag Nachmittag weg, und würde sie euch vormittags gerne übergeben!
Sehr gut gelegen , nur ca 2 minuten Fußweg zum U bahnhof Rathaus Neukölln und ca 6 min zum U Bahnhof Boddinstr. Unweit von Herrmannplatzt. Es gibt zhalreiche Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung und ein Kino ! Die Gengend ist sehr lebendig , aber die Straße ist ruhig, so das man Nachts gut schlafen kann!
Rauchen bitte auf dem Balkon, und schuhe in der Wohung ausziehen! Sonst gibt es keine Hausregeln ;) !
