Schöne, möblierte 2-Zi.-Whg in Neukölln - Zwischenmiete (ab sofort bis Mitte Juni)

Wir suchen für unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Neukölln eine_n Zwischenmieter_in für 6 Wochen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Rathaus in Neukölln in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Karl-Marx-Str. in einem sehr schönen Altbau.
Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist 2 Minuten entfernt (U Karl-Marx-Str.).

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet: Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühler, E-Herd mit Backofen; Bad mit Badewanne und Duschvorhang, Waschmaschine, für Familien mit Baby/Kleinkind wäre ein Wickelplatz und Reisebett vorhanden; W-Lan und Festnetz.

Gasetagenheizung und Heisswasserbereitung laufen über die gleiche Gastherme (also keine teuren Durchlauferhitzer), so dass man nur für die eigenen Heiz- bzw. Gaskosten aufkommen muss.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen sanierten Altbau – mit sehr netten Nachbarn!
Der Kiez ist, wie eigentlich überall in Neukölln, ständig im Wandel, und hat wirklich für jeden etwas zu bieten.

ACHTUNG – ein wichtiger Punkt: Unsere Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung!
Leider gibt es auch keinen Balkon, so dass wir wirklich nur an Nichtraucher untervermieten.

Eine Kaution in Höhe von 700,-- Euro wäre zu hinterlegen. Monatliche Miete inkl. Möblierung, Nebenkosten, Internet, Strom und Gas: 900€. Gesamtmiete für die 6 Wochen damit 1350€.

Bei Bedarf wäre es möglich das Hochbett in dem mit unseren Sachen vollgestellten Raum zu nutzen. Dann böte die Wohnung 4 Personen Schlafplatz.

Hey folks,

we are looking to sublet our furnished flat for 6 weeks.

ABOUT THE FLAT:

First thing to mention probably is: our flat is strictly a non-smoking flat.

As we are both non-smokers and have a toddler we don't want to grow up in a smoking environment, we ask you to respect that. As the flat has no balcony, we ask our smoking visitors (and you) to please go down to the courtyard to have a smoke.
The flat is on the third floor of a really nice Berlin style “Altbau”, with wooden floors, decorational stucco, and really nice neighbours!

There actually are 3 bedrooms, but as we want to use one of the rooms to store our things and to, on the other hand, make room for your things, we are renting only two of the three.

The two rooms we are renting out are the bedroom with wardrobe and platform double bed, and the living room which is usually half covered with (optional) Japanese tatami mats. We have a guest mattress which you could put on the Tatamis.

Besides, the flat is fully equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer, laundry machine, baby cot, diaper station. Also a fast (16mbit) Internet connection via LAN/WLAN.

The flat is fully furnished, but we could of course talk about which pieces to remove or keep over the period of our absence.
There is a gas-powered heating/warm-water system installed, which will help you to control the cost of heating/hot water, as you’ll only pay for what you actually use.

TERMS:

Monthly rent will be 900€/m incl. Internet and amenities. Total rent for the 6 weeks will amount to 1350€. A bond of 700€ is required. We would definitely want to meet our future tenant in person before making a decision.
