My flat is very sunny and quiet, has a lovely garden in the backyard and the park Hasenheide is just outside the door. U-Bahn Boddinstr is 3min by foot, Herrmannplatz 5min, Tempelhofer Freiheit 8-10 min.
I have decorated the flat with love and care and mostly 50/60s furniture.
Internet is all inklusive.
Situated in the lively neighbourhood of Neukölln my flat on Karlsgartenstr. is extremly quiet. Park Hasenheide is right outside the door, Park Tempelhofer Freiheit 8min by foot.
Excellent public transport connections from U8 Boddinstr. and/or U-Bahn Herrmannplatz. Also buses. Within walking distance to Kreuzberg 36 and also Bergmannkiez. All the major shops within 5-8 min.
