Zur Wohnung:
Wir haben letztes Jahr die komplette Wohnung renoviert (teilweise farbig), die Dielen waren frisch abgezogen beim Einzug. Die Wohnung hat größtenteils Isofenster. Beheizt wird mit Ofenheizung (2 Kachelöfen und 1 Kaminofen). Der Einbau einer Zentralheizung ist von der Hausverwaltung geplant, aber nicht Bedingung.
Bad und WC sind getrennt. In der Küche gibt es eine Speisekammer.
Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet, da 3 von 4 Zimmern Durchgangszimmer sind.

Die Lage:
Zu Fuß sind sowohl U Rathaus Neukölln als auch S Treptower Park in ca 10-15 min zu erreichen. Busse fahren fast direkt vor dem Haus. Der Landwehrkanal ist ganz nah, außerdem ist es nicht weit zur Spree bzw zum Treptower Park. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls ausreichend.
Wir suchen dringend Nachmieter für unsere helle, große Altbau-Wohnung im Seitenflügel 2. OG im Neuköllner Teil der Harzer Straße. Die Wohnung ist frei und bezugsfertig ab sofort. Die Hausverwaltung ist informiert und kooperationsbereit.
