we rent an independent part of our flat with own entrance door for private use: a private entrance, kitchen, dining room, sleeping room and toilet/bathroom.
Additionally there is access to a shared living room with a nice terrace :)
The flat is spacious and has a good natural light.
Wifi is included.
The flat is 6 minutes away from the U7/U8 underground lines,
10 minutes by bike to Tempelhofer Flugfeld, close to Bio- and Supermarkets and located in a lively area with many small bars and restaurants.
The flat will be free from the 14th April 2022.
We look just for non-smoking people.
The flat is in the 5th floor without elevator and definitely keeps you in shape ;)
The rent per month will be 955 Euro all inclusive for one person, 985 for 2 people.
The space is also perfect for a couple.

wir vermieten eine sonnige, relativ grosse Dachgeschosswohnung bestehend aus einem Vorraum, einem Badezimmer/Wc, Küche, einem Esszimmer und einem grossen Schlafzimmer. Zusätzlich gibt es Zugang zu einem sonnigen Gemeinschafts-Wohnzimmer mit netter Süd-West-Terrrasse.
Die Wohnung wird zum 14.April 2022 frei, der Preis für eine Einzelperson ist 955 Euro, für 2 Personen 985, all inclusive.
Zur nächsten Ubahnstation sind es 6 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten am Tempelhofer Feld/Hasenheide.
Wir suchen ausschliesslich nach Nichtrauchern.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5.Stock ohne Aufzug, man bleibt also sportlich ;)
Besichtigungstermine sind möglich am Donnerstag 31.3. zwischen 14 - 16 Uhr und am Freitag 1.4. von 14 - 16 Uhr.
