Sonnige 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon

Hallo,

Ich (Berlinerin:-)) vermiete meine wunderschöne helle Altbauwohnung in Neukölln, während ich verreist bin.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Vielleicht bist du beruflich in der Stadt, machst du ein Praktikum oder du suchst einfach eine Zwischenbleibe in Berlin und möchtest gut angebunden wohnen.

PS: Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind nutzbar! Gut ausgerüstete, einladende Küche und Bad samt Badewanne.
Bettwäsche, Matratze (1,40mx2m), Handtücher, Kissen, Decken sowie ein zusätzliches Bettsofa stehen bereit.

Inklusive: Circa alle zwei Wochen kommt meine Putzfrau immer. Wenn du dies in den Wochen aber nicht möchtest, dann ist dies auch kein Problem und sie kommt nicht und du hälst die vier Wände selber sauber:-) Die Miete ist davon unabhängig und verringert sich nicht.

Monatl. Miete: 985,-
In einem angebrochenen Monate berechnen wir anteilig die Tage.
Zeitraum hat etwas Spielraum. Plus minus ein paar Tage.

Hi there,
I am on vacation and renting out my flat. The flat has everything you would desire for your stay in Berlin:-) It is perfectly connected with the Bus M41 stopping literally in front of the door which can carry you until Hauptbahnhof/Main Station or until S-Sonnenallee where it connects to the circular line. And the U-Karl-Marx-Str. in 7 minute walking distance which provides an excellent connection to the Airports. It is an "Altbau" with the nice high ceiling and typical wooden floor, situated at the Sonnenallee in trendy Neukölln with the Landwehrkanal right around the corner.
The flat is charmingly furnished with everything needed but not packed so there is enough space for your own things.
Plenty of restaurants or snack places are closely nearby. Neukoelln is a very multicultural area that is just in the middle of being gentrified. Here mingle students, artists, foreign people and longterm tourists in the cafe's and bars that seem to pop-up everywhere now. From here you can access all must-see quarters easily by underground or even by feet.
Matrace(1,40mx2m), Fresh sheets, towels, blankets & pillows will be provided.
It has a cosy nicely equipped kitchen with a washing mashine + dish washer and a bathroom with bathtub as well.

please note: no partys:-)...rather a quiet house

inclusive: my cleaning help (I know her for years) comes twice a month:-) If you don`t want that that`s fine and you clean the place yourself. The rent is the same with or without because I pay her anyway:-)

Rent per month (4 weeks): 985,-
In a month that has been started we calculate the days.
Dates are flexible.. Some days more or less.
