Sonnig, ruhig, schöne Wohnung 43 sq mt während meine Reise

I´m traveling from Dec. 8th to January 19th, so I would rent you the apartment from Dec. 1 to last day of January, sharing it with me 8 days in december, 11 days in January :) I have a cat, if you like him and get along well with him, I can leave it to you and charge the apartment 100 € less, so you take care of him while I´m gone. He´s adorable.

My lovely apartment has 2 rooms, (one big, another smaller one with a desk, with access to the balcony), one good-sized kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.

It has wooden-like floors, sunny with window to trees.

It is on the 1st floor, in a quiet street, near the channel and a park. The UBahn (metro) is only a few blocks away and buses stop around the corner!

There is heating in all rooms, Free WI FI (very fast) internet, washingmachine, an electric kitchen, central heating for the water.

It is a very Berlin typical apartment, in the hip neighbourhood of Neukölln. This hood has many lovely cafés and restaurants. Close to the scene here and in Kreuzberg. One restaurant that I particularly like is the ¨Sahara¨, just around the corner, with food from Sudan (arabic influence) with an amazing peanut sauce. I´m a bit addicted to their dishes!

So, this place is quiet, pleasant, sunny, and at a very good price! :)

I am a medical doctor and meditation instructor, do Yoga daily, open minded, speak German, Spanish, Portuguese and some Italian also. 

I prefer someone who does not smoke, does not drink alcohol or drinks only socially, likes CATS! (meditates, does yoga or dance a plus!)
