The flat has been totally renovated and it's in very good state.
it consists of 3 rooms, ideally living room, bedroom and a small studio equipped with a loft bed (guest room). The living room has a small balcony and it's currently furnished with a sofa bed and a big dining table.
It could be easily shared between 3 housemates and that's the maximum number of people that I would wanna be staying in there. All the room have old wooden floors that have been restored 2 years ago.

4 minutes by walk for the U-Bahn Leinenstraße. Both Neukölln S+U and Hermannstr. S+U are close by too.
At the end of the street towards Karl-Marx-Straße is the beautiful Körnerpark and on the opposite side is an entrance to Temphelof.
Plenty of bars and cafes in the area, the Schillerpromenade is a 5 min. walk.
