Hi! We want to rent out the 20 m2 room In Neukoelln, at Sonnenallee. The room is really cozy and spacious as the ceiling is at the height of almost 4,2m. It’s furnitured enough to make the life convenient! We all try our best to live in our communal space in neat and tidy way, so we do expect the same from our new flat mates. The flat consist of 5 rooms inhabited by really interesting and open-minded people which makes living much more easy-going! There is a nice kitchen and a separate toilet. The flat is located at the ground floor in the building in the backyard of very groovy pub- Freudenreich, where you can always meet nice people and enjoy gripping music.
There is a possibility to share the room in two if needed-with the same rent
The flat is located just 4 minutes from Rathaus Neukoelln (U7) U-bahn station and around 8-10 minutes to Hermanplatz from where you can take U8 and U7. It is also really close to the Ring (you can reach it either on foot in 15 minutes or by bus in just a few) – Sonnenalle. Thanks to this you can transport yourself to East Berlin- Ostkreuz/ Warshaustr-very smoothly and fast if you are looking for cool clubs. With the M41 (which stops just in front of the building) you can directly reach the Hauptbahnhof! On the Sonnenallee you can find abundance of places where you can eat very cheaply and tastefully( form Burgerplaces, Durums, Italian, Japanese and Arabic cuisne). Just round the corner there is BioCopmany and Netto-open till 10 pm from Mon-Sat. The street is parallel to Karl-Marxstr which is very vibrant road full of restaurants, bakeries and shops offering different variety of house facilities etc. There is quite a lot of secondhand shops around too. On every Tuesday and Friday there is a huge Turkish market going on at the Maybachufer( a few minutes by bike)- from where you can get cheap and fresh food

We usually cook and eat together:)
