3-room-apartment in Neukölln to rent from 14.01. - 03.03.15

We're renting from 14 January 2015. - 3 March 2015 our beloved spacious apartment in Neukölln.
The apartment is very huge and has a nice bedroom, a very huge living room, dining room, bathroom and a great kitchen.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself (stove, oven, fridge, pans, cutlery, plates etc.)
The bedroom has a queen size bed where two people can comfortably sleep.
Our livingroom has 2 very cosy sofas and a record player, nice vinyl and a flat-screen tv.
The dining room has a lovely huge table and also a nice sofa. There is a loggia in the dining room.
Our bathroom has a tube and everything you need.

The apartment is perfectly located - you're in the heart of Neukölln. You have Hermannplatz, Weserstraße, Flughafen Tempelhof within walking distance, just around the corner.
You're close to a dozen great restaurants, clubs and bars and the subway station Boddinstrasse is just infront of the door.

- WI-FI included (illegal downloads strictly forbidden)
- fully equipped kitchen with washing maschine and dishwasher
- Queens size bed
- Loggia (Smoking is only allowed on the Loggia)
- contains towels, a hair dryer and iron
- Cleaning service can be provided for 30,- € every two weeks on top

We love our neighbourhood since it's close to everything - sightseeing spots, shops, bars, clubs, restaurants and parks. It's safe and friendly, a good way to get to know Berlin at its fullest.

The price from 14 January 2015. - 3 March 2015 is 2.000,- € rent for warm water, heating and cooking, electricity, WiFi and water, so there are no extra costs except a full refunable deposit of 800,- €.
If you want you can use two of our bikes.
