ich würde gerne meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin Neukölln gegen eine 2 Raum Wohnung tauschen.
Meine Wohnung hat ein großes Zimmer mit Dielen, Bad mit Badewanne,Fenster und Fliesen, Küche mit Laminat PVC und Balkon, alles im 1.OG. 2007 wurde alles saniert und ich habe die Wohnung gut gepflegt. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 355,11 EUR warm, dazukommen dann 600 € Genossenschaftsanteile und 50 € Eintrittsgeld.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man hat hier alles was man fürs tägliche Leben braucht, viele Restaurants,Cafes und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen, die Wohnung liegt aber in dem ruhigeren Teil der Weserstr. Supermärkte, auch Bio und vegan und gute Anbindung an Bus, S Bahn und U Bahn. Nah am Kanal, was im Sommer sehr schön ist
Ich suche eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung im inneren Ring. Sie sollte ruhig und hell sein. Beim Einzugsdatum bin ich flexibel, mir wäre es aber lieb so schnell wie möglich, da ich auch teilweise vom zuhause aus arbeite und ich mehr Platz brauche. Aber darüber kann man dann ja noch reden.
