Da mein Freund und ich für einen Monat auf Reisen sind, würden wir gerne unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung von Mitte Februab bis Mitte März vermieten.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Da es im Schlafzimmer ein Doppelbett gibt, ist die Wohnung bestens für Paare geeignet.
My boyfriend and I are renting out our two-bedroom flat from mid-February to mid-March. The flat is furnished and equipped with everything you need. Since there is a double bed in the bedroom, the flat is best suitable for couples.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 5 Gehminuten vom S-Bahnhof Sonnenallee und 10 Min vom U-Bahnhof Karl-Marx-str. entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle (Busse M41 und 171) ist um die Ecke. Supermärkte, Bars und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The flat is located 5 minutes walk from S-Bahn Sonneallee and 10 minutes walk from U-bahn station Karl-Marx-str. A bus station (buses M41 and 171) is just around the corner. Supermarkets, bars and cafés are all at walking distance.
Die Miete für den angegebenen Zeitraum beträgt inklusive aller Kosten 600 Euro. 150 Euro Kaution kommen noch hinzu. Zwar würden wir die Wohnung gerne über den gesamten Zeitraum vermieten, ein etwas abweichendes Einzugsdatum wäre aber auch machbar. Wir möchten sie natürlich nur jemanden überlassen der vertrauenswürdig und respektvoll ist.

The rent for the indicated period is 600€ (all incl.) + 150€ deposit.
We are looking for trustworthy and respectful people. Although we would like to rent the flat for the whole period, a slightly different move-in date would also be feasible.
