The appartment is really sunny during all day, it has large windows and a big balkony. it is ideal for a shared flat for 2 people, both rooms have approx. the same size and they are both quite big.
The flat is surrounded by beautiful green garden and trees. It is situated in a small street, so it is really quiet, but the central street is close by as well.
The flat is renovated, both rooms are furnished and the kitschen is furnished and fully equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic stove, dishwasher. In the bathroom there is a washing machine.
