Hi!
After a year working in Berlin, I am moving back to Spain and I am renting my cozy room in a 3 rooms shared flat that you would share with a very nice Italian boy (30) and a French girl (27).
Both the apartment and the room are completely furnished, there is TV, microwave, over, washing machine, dishwasher and all kind of kitchen items. Curtains and bed clothes are also included in the room. The place is all exterior, so it´s very bright.
The apartment is very well located, in the famous district of Neükolln and very near Kreuzberg.
It takes less than 5 minutes walking to Hermannplatz (where you have the U7, U8 and the night bus N8) and 2 minutes to the M41 bus stop. Several shops, bars, cafés and supermarkets are at walking distance.
The rent is 370Euros/month and includes all costs (electricity, internet and water) plus a cleaning of the general areas once every two weeks.
The rental period is from the 29th of July until the 31st of October, with the possibility to renewing the contract for another 6 months from November 1st.
