Wir bieten unsere 2,5 Zimmer Altbauwohnung zum Tausch an.
Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch geschnitten (siehe Grundriss) und verfügt über 3 helle Zimmer, Küche, Diele, Bad, Balkon und Keller.
Die Warmmiete beträgt derzeit 655€, was bei 66m² etwa dem Mietspiegel für die Lage (Braunschweiger Str.) entspricht.
Die Dielen sind abgezogen und das Bad ist vor unserem Einzug 2013 saniert worden. Der Balkon geht nacht Süden raus.
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Rixdorf nicht weit von der Karl-Marx-Str. Sie hat eine super Anbindung, da der S- und U-Bahnhof Neukölln nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt liegt.
Wir suchen eine helle und schöne mind. 3,5 Zimmer Altbauwohnung mit Dielen. Kein Erdgeschoss und mit Balkon.
Toll wäre, wenn die Wohnung ebenfalls im Richardkiez ist, ansonsten interessieren wir uns für das weitere Neukölln, Schöneberg und Steglitz, eventuell auch Kreuzberg.
Alles weitere muss einfach passen;) Bilder gibts im Tausch, anschließend kann bei Interesse eine gegenseitige Besichtigung erfolgen.
