ich vermiete meine Wohnung, da ich im Ausland unterwegs bin.
Die Wohnung ist in perfekter zentraler Lage, möbliert und es steht euch eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler zur Verfügung.
Außerdem gibt es einen sonnigen Balkon.
Es stehen euch ebenfalls Internet und Wifi zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung hat 64 qm und hat zwei Zimmer und ist für zwei Personen geeignet, jedoch gibt es nur ein Doppelbett.
Somit ist sie eher für Pärchen geeignet.

Das Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt!

Gerne könnt ihr zum Anschauen vorbeikommen.
Über die genauen Daten der Untermiete können wir sprechen, sagt einfach wie lange ihr bleiben möchtet.
Der angegebene Mietpreis ist pro Monat.
Es gibt keine zusätzlichen Kosten.

i am renting my flat through a period i am gonna work outside of Berlin.
The flat is in a very central location, furnished and you will have a washing machine and dish washer.
Apart from that you will have a sunny balkony. Also you can use the wifi.

The flat is 64 qm and has two rooms, so it could be used by two persons, but just one room has a double bed.
Preferely it could be used by a couple.

Smoking is just allowed on the balkony.

The price above is per month but their will be no more cost added.
