Beautiful 2 bedroom flat on Weserstraße in the heart of Neukölln (80m²)

The flat is located on Weserstraße, in the heart of the popular area Neukölln. There are lots nice bars and restaurants around the corner. The next U-Bahn station (Rathaus Neukölln) or buses are not even a 5min walk away.

The flat is very charming and has the nice Berlin style with high ceilings and wooden floors. You also have a little balcony where you can have breakfast or have a coffee.
The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, towels and bed linen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal at home.

You will have the flat to yourself. The flat has a bed and a living room, separate kitchen and a balcony.

The neighborhood is very lively yet not too noisy. Even though Weserstraße is one of the main "going out" street with a lot of bars, I never had problems with sleeping. In the area you find a lot of cute cafés, little vintage shops and restaurants. You can easily walk towards the canal and have a nice walk into Kreuzberg. In spring and summer I use to ride my bike everywhere and you will get almost everywhere within 30minutes. There are also bike shops where you can rent bikes for a day or more in my area.

The closest U-Bahn (Metro) is Rathaus Neukölln. Its a 5min walk from my house. From there you can go in ever direction you want. One stop away is Hermannplatz where you can get the U8 that also takes you to Alexanderplatz or Mitte for shopping. It also very easy to get to my place from both airports.
